Creativity and attention to detail is at the heart of everything I do whether it's a commercial, non-profit or purely artistic project.
My husband, Timothy Richardson, and I have shared a media/communications business called ProseWorks(tm) Associates since 1992 offering custom writing, copy and developmental editing, graphic design and target marketing services such as web copy and design, press releases, advertising, flyers, newsletters, business and political speeches, promotional kits, reports, plans, non-profit grants, etc.
In 1999, while Marketing Director for historic Deertrees Theatre and Cultural Center, I developed a promotional film about the theater and have been working in film ever since with most of my films inspired by the extraordinary poetry of Timothy Richardson. One example, "The Force of Poetry" was endorsed by Maine Public Broadcasting which said: "The effect is to inject life and heartbeat into what is often thought of as an inert, hard-to-read art form, and the result is educational and entertaining." www.TotalVid.com/poetry-videos.
In late 2000, I started cultural inventory work that led to the creation of the Western Maine Cultural Alliance providing umbrella support for arts and culture in Western Maine. Our web site has searchable data bases, exhibiting artists, folklore including downloadable audio files from oral history projects and more. www.westernmaineculture.org
I love the theater and have produced, directed and acted in original plays for stage and cable television. A few of my plays are described at www.storyfoundry.com

Long range projects - I'm in the process of making a variety of literary works by myself and my husband, Timothy Richardson, available on the web; novels, plays, films, CD's, etc. Then, I intend to build a site for us that brings all of it together in one place, so I only need to promote one site which I plan to do in literary publications.
Current projects - Working with an actor, Jeff Flint, I'm directing the taping and doing the editing of interpretive readings in prose and poetry by Timothy Richardson for marketing as CD's.
