The Harlow Gallery is owned and operated by the Kennebec Valley Art Association. We've been promoting Maine artists since 1959! The Kennebec Valley Art Association is a membership-based 501(c)3 nonprofit, with about 320 members (as of June 2009). The Harlow Gallery is located at 160 Water Street, in the heart of downtown historic Hallowell. Come visit us there or shop here online and get a peek at what is currently on our wall! Exhibitions at the Harlow Gallery are chose annually from among proposals submitted by KVAA members and other artists.
